Personalized Insights

Automated insights presented for a specific object record and compared to the end-user or a subset of the process universe

Example, a Sales Rep would see that the Qualification step taken on a specific opportunity happened 50% slower than their previous average.

End User Nudges

End-users spend much of their time interacting with Salesforce and their collective behavior is what drives the business. To change a business process behavioral change needs to happen individual by individual. Process Analytics Nudges were designed to deliver recommended actions directly to the individual as they are making regular updates in Salesforce.

Example: Analysis shows that opportunities where the buyer has been entered into the system the win rate is higher. Deploy a nudge to the Reps as they move an opportunity into Discovery stage to enter the Buyer name.

Outcome-Step Indicator Insights

Automated insight that identifies process steps that serve as predictors for specific outcomes. A process step identifying a positive outcome is one to encourage, and vice-versa for a negative outcome

Example: The inclusion of the Discovery stage increases the chance of a Closed Win by 34% compared to the average.

Outcome-Attribute Value Outcome Indicator Insights

This marker insight pinpoints attribute values that correlate with certain outcomes.

Example: When John Dewey is the name of the opportunity owner the chance of a Closed Win is 45% greater than the average.

Outcome-Attribute Indicator Insights

Indicates where a field when populated will increase the probability of a certain outcome.

Example: Completing the decision maker field increases the chance of a Closed Win by 67% compared to the average.

Guided Experience

Hubbl Process Analytics has over 300 features in total, yet we still want users to be able to simply jump in and find value by analyzing their processes. The guided experience is available from a persistent button on the bottom right of the screen that accompanies users through the analysis steps.

Simplified User Experience

Users now see a simplified right hand panel with easy buttons to apply the endpoints filter with a single click and only the summary level variant information. The detailed analysis and variant display remains available behind the advanced options button.

Dashboard

For each view a customizable summary dashboard is now available as a presentation style interface. Components such as insight, visualizations and the drill down charts can be displayed for easy comprehension of the state of a process. As processes are downloaded on demand rather than refreshed it’s a snapshot of processes in operation. However, it can serve as a Process Analysis notebook, showing the most recent work being done in the process.
